 How to increase your vital energy


To be successful in all aspects of our physical, mental, emotional, material and spiritual life, one thing is essential and that is our vital energy, our energy level. The more we have vital energy, the more we will be successful in life and the less it will be, the more we will fail. Being at a lower level of life energy brings a person to the lowest level i.e. sorrow, pain, fear, sadness, failure, negativity etc.


To keep your energy level high and to recharge it every day and to awaken all your sleeping powers, follow the following things: -


1) One should do physical exercises daily like running, swimming, playing, cycling, walking, doing yoga, exercising, dancing, laughing etc. Because by doing various types of physical exercises, the veins and nerves of our body open, which increases the blood flow in these nerves and increases the vital energy.


How much life energy we have inside us depends on the amount of oxygen in our body and mind because the other name of oxygen is life energy. And to increase the amount of oxygen, practice Pranayama like Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Agnisar, Anulom-Vilom etc. every morning in an open place.
